Brad was suppose to be on call Father's Day weekend, but he got someone to cover for him. Which left us free to do what he wanted for Fathers Day... Off Roading. We talked some friend into coming with us (lucky for us they agreed).
We started with hotdog cookout, and rain, then the kids played on the grass, and more rain. Then we packed it up and headed out to the Off Road Park across the street. We had a great run of about 10 minutes with lots of puddles, and mud. The kids loved it! The parents also had big smiles.
Then disaster struck... We hit a bump too hard and slammed the battery against the hood, which cracked something in the battery, which meant that it would not hold a charge. No charge, no working car. So after 15 minutes of trying to charge it we were towed to the parking lot. Brad went to the store and bought a battery while the kids played in the rain and the moms chatted in the car.
When they got back and put the battery in we were ready to try it again. As you can tell by the pictures we had a very muddy, but fun time.
Kam was pooped out by the end of the ride, but she was still holding on. We climbed hills, spun cookies in the mud puddles. Almost drowned out the engine. And basically had a great afternoon.

I love that you all have an activity the whole fam can do and enjoy-- We are still working on that one. :) I can't believe how big your kids are getting (Kam and Bens have changed the most to me.)
Fun!!! Sounds like the perfect Father's Day for Brad. Your kids are so adorable!!! Kambree is so big! She's a great mix of Acadia and Treyson. And Benson is huge already!
