Disneyland with the Carters

Trey, Acadia, Ruby, Hank and Grandpa
So be aware there will be picture overload on this post.  We were able to go to Disneyland with the Carter side of the family.  Grandma and Grandpa Carter, my family, Caleb's family, and Micah's family were all able to come.  Next time Sparky and Ty... next time!

Hank and Trey showing their super human strengh!
My kids and I love Disneyland and would go anytime (Brad comes but it isn't his favorite) but we especially like it when we have someone to go with. This time was no exception. The kids loved a having their cousins there.

Acadia
It was a very smooth trip, we only had a few meltdowns which was shocking since we were at the park all day long. Many days for over 12 hours. We had enough strollers that the kids could nap when they needs, enough snacks the they were constantly eating all day long, and enough hands to help with any minor mishap that occurred. It think the funniest thing was watching Grandpa do the kid count off atleast 20 times throughout the day. It worked we didn't lose one kid the whole time.

One of the splash mountain pictures
The older kids were tall enough to ride every ride  that was open. They loved it! Acadia, Trey and Hank went on space mountain, and splash mountain so many times. it was crazy! It also made it more fun for the adults because we enjoy those rides just as much.

Another one of splash mountain
We did have to help Kambree out a little bit with her height she was a half inch too short. so I made her little lifts to put in her shoes. They worked like a charm and even she was able to ride Splash Mountain.

Trey, Amerie, and Ruby ready for Toy Story Mania

Grandpa, Hank and Caleb taking a needed break

Although our whole trip wasn't all roses.  Brad, Treyson, and Kam all got sick. Like down and out in the hotel miserable sick.  That was not fun at all. They took a day and got some rest then were able to come again on the adventures.

Trey and Ruby riding the Toad cars

Benson and Ruby in Dumbo
This was Benson and Kambree's first time going to Disneyland. They both really like Winnie the Pooh, It's a Small World, and of course Dumbo.  Benson loved to see the new Cars part of California Adventure. And the Cars run was a favorite of everyone, even Kam.  We were lucky and didn't have to long for most of the rides. That is why it pays to go in November.

Kam and Princess Merida.  She was so excited to see the princesses.

Roller coaster rides
This picture of the roller coaster in toon town is one of my favorites.  Grandpa talked Kambree into going on it with him.  She has the death grip on his arm.  I love it!  Acadia and Trey just loved the ride.
Here is my stalwart man.. making the most after being sick

Acadia and Tayla at the parade

Amerie, Grandma, Micazee, Kambree, and Trey watching the parade.

Benson taking a break on the side walk.. or it could have been a fit.

He also wasn't too sure about Buzz  Lightyear.

Star tours READY

Love the glasses Kam

I think we did every ride we wanted and many multiple times. It was very fun and we of course used  the buddy passes, and fast passes to their full capability.

Trey with Glowsticks

Grandpa on the Carousel

Acadia and Amerie with Sleeping Beauty.
A very nice lady let us slip in to see Sleeping Beauty. This is Acadia's favorite princess and she was about to leave.  Luckily the line worker kindly looked the other way  for 2 minutes while we snapped this picture.

Teapots
This is probably the only picture you will see of me on the teapots.  They make me sick.  Spinning and me don't do so good.  But Kam talked me into it, luckily the girls didn't realize that they  could spin even faster so I didn't get too sick!

Zonked out Kam with her chips in her hand.

This by far my favorite picture I love the panning...

Grandma and Treyson

In the Tarzan house
The kids adored having their grandparents there. It was so fun to see them grab their hands and drag them off to another ride.  Grandpa and Grandma were so willing to do whatever the kids wanted.

Getting ready for soaring over Califorina

Kam and Brad on the bumper cars

Trey was tall enough to ride his own this time. He loved ramming in to his sisters.
Thanks to everyone that came. We had a great time and are so glad we were able to share it with you!  Give our pocket book a bit to recuperate then we will be back!
