The Wynn Christmas Party

Okay so it doesn't involve musical homemade kazoos or anything (although that might be a fun idea for next year) but we invited a few friends (well it started out as a few and grew and grew and grew as these things do) over to the Church for some yummy pot luck food, talking, kid craft, gift exchange, and a game. It was so much fun. We had a much smaller group of 35-40 total people there this year so we were able to do a few more things than we have been able to do in prior years.

Kash & Acadia after decorating their Christmas trees

Trey & Remi eating more than decorating

This was the cream of the crop for the dollar white elephant gift exchange. Thanks to Steve Babcock and a trip to Maine we got these beautiful... ummmm things?? Ben actually ended up with it instead of Nate but aren't they just amazing!

By the time the gift exchange was over most of the people headed home with tired kids but there were are few diehards that stayed to please me and enjoy game of family feud Christmas! It was so funny, I don't think that I have ever laughed so hard here are a few of the questions, just for your enjoyment.

Name a Christmas Plant (5 answers)

Name something you need to wrap a gift (5 answers)

Thanks everyone for all the help and such a great party!

Name a Christmas plant:71 - Poinsettia,08 - Christmas Cactus,06 - Christmas Tree,06 - Mistletoe,06 - Holly
Need to wrap a gift: 55- Tape, 34 -Wrapping paper, 04- gifts, 03 - ribbon, 02- Box

* *The plant one was the one I had the hardest time holding a straight face for, because the whole time Team Wassail was trying to guess the answers Steve kept piping up from the other team "say cactus say cactus" which they never did. Team wassail got all but number two so it was passed to the other team and for their chance to steal. Their answer was some obscure plant, which was incorrect.... and the correct answer was a Christmas Cactus. We all couldn't stop laughing.
