I had these pictures-- On our way to Idaho we stop at Hill Airforce Base Museum .
This was the first time for me and my kids. Treyson was just wide eyed the whole time. He loved the planes -- and they were up close. We had a good time. It was a nice way to stop for a moment and take a break. Yeah for the airforce! But I was I little bit lost and went to the wrong entrance-- Let me tell you they are very strict. They very promptly and polietly told me to make a u- turn and go to the other exit. They have a way that they say things that gets the point across " you do not belong here." Needless to say I watched the signs much more carefully. The museum workers taught my kids how to salute so the whole way home they were saluting everyone. Here are the pictures for your enjoyment.

I love going to museams! The picture of the airplane that looks like a shark reminds me of the submarine that sits in the Baltimore Harbor. The 1st time we went on board, I was about 3 years old and my mom was very pregnant with my younger brother. It was raining and I kicked and screamed the whole way down the hatch. I remember some Navy personnel picking me up and handing me down to my dad and watching my mom climb down the ladder. I'm not sure why that memory is so clear for me, but whenever I see "The Shark Sub" I shiver!!!!!!!
Looks like fun. We have yet to go and see anything like that, although the girls would enjoy it.
