Hey -- We are back! It always feels so good to come home, after being away for so long. It has been a crazy couple of weeks. We will start with the beginning. Brad had the rest of the month off for his vacation(august). So he fixed the jeep (the radiator needed to be replaced) and we were off. It was kind of on the spur of the moment- which always takes longer than if you actually plan and prepare. So we left here around 8:00 pm unstead of the 12:00 noon we had planned on. But we made it; we actually fit everything and everybody into the jeep. That was a great accomplishment in its self. We made the two hour trek to St. George and stayed with Micah that night. We were very grateful that she was there so, we didn't have to continue the four hours more that we had to go that night.

Anyways we made it to Boulder Mountain and it was well worth it. It was cool and so green and the mountains there were these amazing white rock . It was pretty cool. This mountain was the mountain of lakes. There were so many little lakes all over it. They were so peaceful and beautiful. We decide to take a jeeping adventure and find Mcgrath Lake. It was a pretty rocky trail and we actually had to hike in the last 1/2 mile but it was amazing. The night was peaceful and the ducks were out in the lake along with lots of fish. It was pretty impressive. It was a t that point that I was so grateful to My Heavenly Father for such a beautiful planet ( and that my kids weren't fighting).
Mcgrath Lake-- So peaceful-- Our kids decided to try fishing

We spent the weekend there and saw multiple deer and a turkey. It was very nice. Our kids love the camping area. It had a little creek right by it and they threw rocks in it every chance that they could. We did had a few scrapes and bruises as usually. Acadia being a little bit in her own world wasn't paying attention and she ran right into a tree then stepped back tripped on the tree roots, which made her fall over and scratch her whole body. It was quite funny from a observers point of view but--- she really did scratch her face, chest, knees, hands, everything. And us the medical family was camping without a first aid kit.

We ate pretty good-- on Sunday we had tin foil dinners and cobbler. Yummy. The kids even ate the tin foil dinners that was amazing. Is'nt it funny how much better food is when you are camping? Of course you can't forget the
S mores and the Hotdogs-- Tradtional camping food.
The kids and their tin foil dinners! Tastey!

Brad our resident chef-- he made really really good peach cobbler.
We also found this small town eating place. They made everything when you order it, just like back home in St. Anthony-- home made hamburgers and fries yum! Then they even had soft serve ice cream. The kids loved it obviously. Brad and I enjoyed it also.
