Henderson Classic Car Show

The Henderson Car Show was pretty cool. It was a very nice way to end the day. We had been cleaning and sorting our house to find the missing items: Camera, library book, scriptures. But it was all in vain. Brad spent the day trying to write his personal statement. That actually went pretty well-- so by 6:30 we decided we needed a break and the kids wanted to get outside. We headed to the classic car show. It was fun. We saw all sorts of cars-- Chevelles, Cameros, Mustangs and even a 1911 Ford. That was pretty neat.
There were at least 3 blocks worth of cars to see. By the time we walked it up and back we were pooped!
Acadia and her Princess Car-- this was one of her favorites--hum I wonder why?

We asked Sadie to wrap the vacumn cord up the other day and she said, "I feel just like Cinderella. All I ever do is work." It was hard not to break out into lecture 101 on how work is the only way you can get anything or go anywhere in life. We left the room and laughed then came back in and reassured her that we weren't the evil step-mother. Now we think these princesses are just out to get us. :) We love your blog! Thanks for sharing it with us.
