This week has been packed with our basic summer activities: water parks, movies, library story times, and hanging out with friends. Swimming would normally be included in that but for the last 5 days our pool has been closed. We are afraid to ask why. So we have had to find other ways to beat the heat. Here are a few pictures of the kids from the last few weeks.
Trey has finally decided to learn how to ride his bike, and he is doing awesome! This was around 8:00 pm when it finally got out of the 100's
Brad's brother Shane and his family visited on their way home from California, so we had good food and a trip to the park... complete with popsicles (of course). They have just redone the Boulder City park with new play toys. The merri-go- round was a hit!

Sadie, Acadia, Trey, and Oliva all watching Scooby-Dooby-Doo. This has been my kids new kick so bring on the scooby snacks!
The real secret of the library is not always the story time, but the fun rock art that my kids love to play on afterward. After this week though it is getting to hot to climb on the rocks.
Wahoo! Acadia got up her courage to try the monkey bars. This is a water park with covered play place it is the only way to go.

This was at a BBQ at the Mann's house. If you look close you'll see she is soaking wet, because they had a waterslide that she took full advantage of.

Looks like you aren't melting quite yet. That is good. Tell the kids hi from us.
You know you're always welcome at our pool. I think I owe you guys a couple of times. Come on over! I really love the pictures especially the one of you and Treyson.

Those water parks are awesome. Now that we're living in Hot-lanta I wish we could find a place like that. Oh well, our pool isn't broken so we have been frequenting it lately.
