Saturday is a Special Day

Our two little helpers. They thought being in the car not buckled up was amazing! Although they brought in more dirt than what they took out it was great to have them there.

Usually we head off to some exciting adventure on Saturdays, but this time it was vital to get some things done that we have been putting off for way to long. When I say too long I mean as in 3 years too long (okay maybe I am exaggerating a little bit, but not too much). Brad and I went to the temple ( Thank you Clint and Natalie for watching our kids!) and saw that our car was one of the few that weren't squeaky clean. We were embarrassed (it is amazing what embarrassment does to motivation). So we vacuumed out our cars.

The white car, Brad lives in this car, so it was definitely time for a good clean.

Now many of you might think that it isn't that big of a deal to vacuum out our cars, but for us it is a major ordeal. Our car is parked about 50 ft or so from our apartment. So we have to get an extension cord, and take the vacuum outside, and then make multiple trips to and from car to apartment. So it takes a bit of work and planning. And if you can't tell it isn't my most favorite job to do (although it doesn't even touch clean the bathrooms, but that is a completely different story). With Brad's help we hauled everything out there and cleaned out 2 of our 3 cars. While other collect stamps and rocks it seems that we collect cars. They looked great.

The van completely empty. After it was all cleaned out we took our the van to help our friends move so it was a busy day.
