The Tunnels

This is a hike that we enjoy; it is a fairly long walk for the kids but the tunnels are pretty cool. The Railroad used to have a track that ran from here to the Hoover dam...we didn't go that far but we went through 5 of the tunnels. We are the mean parents and make our kids get out and walk. We refused to carry them... but we did take many breaks. It was a nice day, so we eagerly jumped on the band wagon to go with Steve, Kim, and Jared. It was a lot of fun. We are lucky to live here-- the snow is great, but it is really nice to hike in January
